Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and create tailored care plans.
- Provide clinical care such as wound management medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic and personcentered care.
- Ensure compliance with aged care regulations and organizational standards.
- Communicate empathetically with residents families and team members to foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with best practices.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse preferably in aged care.
- Qualifications: RN qualification from a recognized institution and current registration with AHPRA.
- Skills: Strong communication interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.
- Desirable Certifications: CPR certification and a valid driver s license are advantageous.
