- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan.
- Identify cultivate solicit and steward major donors and prospects.
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Prepare grant proposals and reports for foundations and corporate donors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fundraising materials and communication strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in nonprofit management communications or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders.
