Position:Customer Onboarding Success Team Leader

Remuneration: Base salary bonus
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and achieve daily weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Develop systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Lead motivate and manage a sales team to meet targets.
- Recruit and hire new talent as needed.
- Adapt leadership style to client needs and strategies.
- Ensure team alignment with client offerings across EMEA regions.
- Foster a highperformance collaborative team culture.
- Oversee daily operations and manage performance scheduling and evaluations.
- Collaborate with sales operations QA and training teams.
- Drive sales growth through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Support clients with technical integrations and provide ongoing assistance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English(C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Additional fluency in French Italian or Spanish would be considered a plus.
- 4 years of experience in account management partner support technical support customer experience customer success or sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership coaching training or senior representative role.
- Proficient in CRM software particularly with managing leads and opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills able to engage clients via phone email and video.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical challenges in dynamic environments.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines adapt to shifting priorities and balance shortterm demands with longterm goals.
