Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead our Customer Onboarding Success Team. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our new customers have a seamless and successful experience from the moment they join us. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and achieve daily weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Create systems to enhance efficiency and drive performance improvements.
  • Lead inspire and manage a sales team to consistently meet targets.
  • Recruit and onboard new talent as required.
  • Adapt leadership approach to align with client needs and strategies.
  • Ensure team alignment with client offerings across the EMEA region.
  • Cultivate a highperformance collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee daily operations including performance management scheduling and evaluations.
  • Work closely with sales operations QA and training teams.
  • Drive sales growth by analyzing data and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Assist clients with technical integrations and provide continuous support.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills. Additional fluency in French Italian or Spanish is a plus.
  • Over 4 years of experience in account management partner support technical support customer experience customer success or sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership coaching training or senior representative position.
  • Proficient in CRM software particularly for managing leads and opportunities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills capable of engaging clients through phone email and video calls.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Comfortable handling both strategic and tactical challenges in fastpaced environments.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines adapt to changing priorities and balance shortterm tasks with longterm objectives.
