Job Description
Salary: $2440 per week
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: 1/27/25
Shift: Monday Friday 8am5pm
Location: Tuba City Regional Health Care Corporation Northwestern Arizona
Duties: Providing quality occupational therapy services assessing and interpreting evaluation/s and test results determining treatment plans evaluating results of therapy maintaining the operation and organization of the Occupational Therapy program providing specialty services and clinics assisting with direction and development of the service providing training and inservices maintaining Medical Staff Credentialing Core Privileges.
Requirements: Bachelors in Occupational Therapy valid and unrestricted license from the American Occupational Therapy Association and Arizona Department of Health Licensure current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff.
