Job Description
Facility Specific Requirement: Cannot accept local candidates that live within 50 miles of the facility.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know follow and maintain resident rights. Assists with over sight of nonclinical and support staff personnel.

- 2 Year of experience Required
- Will Float (all critical floors) Required
- Epic Experience Highly Preferred

- ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
- Work History
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
- License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS ACLS AHA)
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at time of Submission
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : None
