Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager with expertise in creating comprehensive frameworks conducting risk and gap analyses and delivering innovative technical solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills the ability to define performance metrics and a focus on aligning solutions with client goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Documentation and Framework Development:- Develop detailed documentation templates and frameworks for proposed cybersecurity solutions.
- Present innovative and customized solution frameworks to clients that align with their specific requirements.
- Conduct scoped studies such as risk analyses and gap analyses for clients to identify technical vulnerabilities and areas of improvement.
- Document findings recommendations and technical solutions in a structured actionable format.
- Define project opportunities and identify required team members based on skills and expertise.
- Develop project costing and budget estimates to align with client requirements and business objectives.
- Define specific performance measures targets and goals to enable clients to track the success of implemented solutions.
- Articulate the linkage between performance metrics and the clients overall strategy or mission building a strong business case.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs propose tailored solutions and ensure alignment with their cybersecurity objectives.
- Communicate effectively to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity project management or related roles.
- Expertise in creating and delivering detailed technical documentation frameworks and templates.
- Strong analytical skills for conducting risk and gap analyses.
- Ability to design innovative technical solutions and present them effectively.
- Proficiency in project planning cost estimation and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and their application to strategic objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting or solution design.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards frameworks (e.g. NIST ISO 27001) and tools.
- Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
