We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist for our client. This role is integral to supporting diverse HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding/Offboarding
- Draft job descriptions post vacancies and screen resumes.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
Asset Management
- Oversee the lifecycle and management of companyowned technology assets.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Foster positive workplace relationships and implement engagement initiatives.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops and evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts.
Benefits and Compensation
- Administer benefits enrollment changes and queries.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
- Manage PTO policies and assist in compensation benchmarking.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisals feedback sessions and goalsetting.
- Support managers in improving performance and administer related compensation changes.
HR Policies and Compliance
- Develop and communicate HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance in reporting and audits.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and reports on key metrics.
Employee Development and Succession Planning
- Support talent development initiatives and collaborate on career growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional certifications (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) are a plus.
