Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist for our client. This role is integral to supporting diverse HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR best practices a strong understanding of employment laws and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Draft job descriptions post vacancies and screen resumes.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation for a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage offboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.

Asset Management

  • Oversee the lifecycle and management of companyowned technology assets.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Foster positive workplace relationships and implement engagement initiatives.

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Organize workshops and evaluate the effectiveness of training efforts.

Benefits and Compensation

  • Administer benefits enrollment changes and queries.
  • Collaborate with finance for accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage PTO policies and assist in compensation benchmarking.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisals feedback sessions and goalsetting.
  • Support managers in improving performance and administer related compensation changes.

HR Policies and Compliance

  • Develop and communicate HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance in reporting and audits.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and reports on key metrics.

Employee Development and Succession Planning

  • Support talent development initiatives and collaborate on career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) are a plus.

Salary:
$45000 $55000
