Shift/Schedule 8:00 AM 04:30 PM
Description:
The therapist will collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring function improving mobility and relieving pain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients conditions through assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function.
- Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes to support recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience
