Resource Requirements
Mandatory Experience
-
At least 7 years of experience in the Business Systems Analyst and/or Product Manager role and a bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or another related field.

Development and implementation of business analysis strategies that drive organizational change by aligning with strategic vision.

Coordinating closely with executive and senior leadership to define business objectives influence decision making and align analysis with strategic goals.

Through deep understanding of cross functional dependencies coordinates large scale initiatives managing multiple cross departmental stakeholders.
Desired Experience

Deep understanding of the public sector dynamics strategy and market trends.

Mastery of data analysis tools used for predictive modeling.
