• Job Duties: Nurse act as charge and pass meds and perform wound care.
• Experience or Must have skills: LTC experience
• Are there IVs or titratable drips: NO
• Are there Tele monitors If so do you have monitor techs on this unit Do RNs read strips: NONE
• Are RNs required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab: NO
• DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: DON no supervisors
• Physician availability after hours: By phone oncall
• Interdisciplinary Team: no rehab beds only LTC
• PT/OT/SLP Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab Case Managers Social Workers Dieticians: PT as needed Social worker designee
• Is RT onsite 24/7: NONE
• Oxygen Therapy /Equipment (ie Cpap Bipap High Flow): Concentrators and portable concentrators
• Pharmacy onsite Medication dispensing system: Off site
• Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr shifts 77 No blocked schedule & no selfscheduling
• Weekend Requirements: EOW
• Holiday Requirements: Every other major holiday
• Call or Standby Requirement/Floating: NONE
• Scrub Color/Dress Code: NONE must be clean and presentable
• How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation 23
• Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time part time or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year.
• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submissions.

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• 2 years LTC experience.
• BLS Required

Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color NONE must be clean and presentable.
