Job Description
Role: DevOps Engineer
Location: McLean VA
Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Hands on experience on DevOps CI/CD process and methodologies.
- Have a development experience in Java Python and many more.
- Handson experience on Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
- Have experience on Atlassian tools (Jira Bitbucket Confluence)
- Have experience on Onprem cloud and AWS.
- Ready to take oncall rotation as this role requires support.
- Fully use AWS with services such as Cloud Formation Templates S3 EC2 EKS
- and many more
- Partner with business and technology partners to develop intuitive and useful features using an Agile approach
- Drive the technical strategy and vision for the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degrees in Computer Science or related field required
- AWS Certified (Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer or equivalent).
- Terraform Certified or handson experience with infrastructureascode.
- Experience with Jenkins and GitLab for CI/CD.
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2 S3 Lambda IAM etc
