Job Description

Location: Universal City CA

Type: 2 months contract on W2


Qualifications:

  • Two plus years of customer service facilities or client facing experience
  • Experience is occupancy of space planning software
  • We are slightly pivoting here and need someone with strong handson operational experience. This is not a desk job but an operational projectbased role
  • Strong Proficient with Microsoft Excel Outlook Adobe work order management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to interact and engage with demanding clients
  • Ability to make tough informed decisions quickly to keep projects on track using good judgement and accountability
  • General knowledge of Archibus is a must and CAFM experience is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent
  • Familiarity working in a studio operations environment
  • Familiarity with studio production needs and requirements
  • Three plus years of experience in customer service or facilities
  • Customerfocused with excellent customer service skills and a cando attitude
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
  • A high output selfstarter with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail critical thinking as well as the ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to flex on demand to address competing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a pulse on incoming items

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with Facilities IT Telecom and Business Unit Representatives to coordinate all Moves
  • Update and maintain pline drawings space data and occupancy data based on move information and project information provided by the client
  • Assist with fostering & building vendor/internal department relationships to effectively fulfill client expectations while ensuring company policy and procedures are followed
  • Outside vendor communication scheduling and thorough documentation of punch list items
  • Work with supporting teams to troubleshoot issues that arise and maintain constant communication throughout the process
  • Interface with IT and Telecom to set up work areas with required equipment
  • Working closely with building management security and cleaning crews to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
  • Daily interaction with work ticketing systems
  • Compile and deliver capacity and occupancy information for proper reporting
  • Manage Zone Maintenance areas to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Ensure information is entered into a work order to track progress and report on results
  • Flexible to assist with special projects as needed
  • Update and distribute monthly reports and various notifications as needed
  • Scout office space with the customer to understand tenant requirements and assess building conditions prior to occupancy
  • Process office maintenance requests for paint carpet cleaning plumbing issues electrical issues HVAC janitorial and pest control
  • Schedule furniture deliveries removals or office rearranging per client requests
