Box Header Welder
Pay: $24$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM4:30 PM or 5:00 PM3:30 AM
Employment Type: Temptohire
Location: Claremore OK
Benefits: Comprehensive package including 401(k) health insurance and optional vision and dental coverage.
Weld Test Requirements:
- 2G plate test on a 1 single bevel plate
- 3/16 open root with straight hardwire 0.45 MIG for fill and cap with flux

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up welding equipment to ensure clean spatterfree welds
- Perform MIG and flux core welding on carbon steel
- Troubleshoot welding equipment to resolve issues promptly
- Use fabrication tools such as saws and grinders with precision
- Work efficiently with welding fixtures to meet production requirements
- Follow production schedules and meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Box Header Welder specializing in GMAW and FCAW
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in MIG and flux core welding techniques
- Handson experience with troubleshooting welding equipment
- Skilled in using fabrication tools like saws and grinders
- Detailoriented and dependable in following production schedules
