Job Description
English teachers job description includes:
Lesson planning: Create lesson plans that meet the needs of the students and the curriculum.
Teaching: Teach reading writing and other English language skills.
Assessment: Develop assessment tools grade student work and provide feedback.
Classroom management: Encourage positive behavior and provide support to students who need it.
Communication: Communicate with students and parents. Strong communication skills are important for presenting lessons and teaching students how to communicate.
Adaptability: Be able to adjust to changes such as classroom interruptions or curriculum modifications.
Creating a supportive learning environment: Foster a creative and supportive learning environment that encourages a love of reading and literature.
Some other responsibilities of an English teacher include:
Developing instructional materials and resources
Preparing the curriculum for each course
Getting to know the skills of the students in each class
Conducting classroom activities to increase student participation
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
