Brick Packer
Pay: $17/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: MondayFriday starting at 5:30 AM and ending when daily tasks are completed
Employment Type: TemptoHire

About the Role:
Were looking for a reliable and detailorientedBrick Packing and Palletizing Specialistto join our team. In this handson role youll ensure bricks are stacked and secured for safe transport while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. If youre organized physically fit and ready to take on a fastpaced environment this opportunity is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately arrange and stack bricks on pallets.
- Safely move pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts and secure loads for transport.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Promptly report any defects or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect and maintain packing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Record packed products accurately and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Willingness to wear PPE including gloves safety glasses and steeltoed boots.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
