RecruitNet are inviting applications to the role of Staff Nurse for our client a Nursing Home based in Cork.
Responsibilities

- Make sure that the pertinent documentation is kept up to date and comprehend the Named Nurse idea function and implementation.
- Build a deep and personal relationship with each resident family member and guest to guarantee that the bereaved receive the proper support and comfort at all times.
- Make sure that Every employee is aware of and complies with healthcare policies.
- Keep precise succinct and transparent documents in the house in compliance with the law and norms.
- Guarantees adherence to the established rules and procedures for the administration control and storage of all medications.
- HIQA standards knowledge and awareness as well as the capacity to take part in the inspection procedure.
Requirements
- Registration at the first level.
- Enrolled in the live NMBI register.
- Outstanding communication organising and leadership abilities.
- The capacity to work independently and inspire oneself and others.
- The capacity to collaborate effectively and foster a team atmosphere.
