- Onboard and train clients on product features and best practices.
- Provide expert support through calls emails and chats to resolve client issues.
- Ensure high First Call Resolution (FCR%) and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Proactively manage customer retention renewals and satisfaction.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Understand market trends and share feedback to improve services.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or Support roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms.
