This is a remote position.
Job Posting: PartTime Property Manager
Position: PartTime Property Manager
Compensation: $25 $35 per hour
Hours: 15 20 hours per week
Location: Remote United States (U.S. candidates only)

Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detailoriented PartTime Property Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of a portfolio of residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will manage tenant communications property maintenance and financial aspects ensuring smooth and efficient property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners.
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
Handle tenant inquiries complaints and conflict resolution.
Manage lease agreements renewals and movein/moveout processes.
Track rent payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and state property laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Must be based in the United States.
Proven experience in property management or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of landlordtenant laws is a plus.
