Responsibilities
- Support factories with training issue handling and responding to inquiries
- Analyze new factory requirements and document them
- Conduct frequent factory visits for consultancy support and training
- Maintain effective prompt and accurate communication with all factories
- Map predeployment manufacturing processes for new factories
- Coordinate with Admin to maintain accurate records of equipment devices and hardware
- Coordinate hardware and equipment deliveries to factories and issue their delivery receipts
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management or Engineering
- A Bachelors degree in industrial engineering is a Must.
- Willingness to travel to factories in Egypt and abroad on shortterm assignments
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic & English
- Effective and organized online and facetoface communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with diverse groups from different backgrounds
- Ability and persistence to work alone in large factories
- Strong time management capabilities
- Dedication and commitment to deliverables
Preferred Skills
- Driver s license and car (transportation is subsidized by Garment IO)
- Background in manufacturing or process engineering
- Previous leadership or volunteer experience
