Working alongside the Guest Services Manager the Guest Services Team Leader will help to oversee the ticketing system. As well as overseeing the visitor journey supervising motivating and developing a team of Welcome Hosts to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service to go along with the exceptional views! They will also need to create and encourage excellent working relationships with those in all service lines to ensure that the service provided by the venue is seamless.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week shifts are from 9am6pm Monday Friday 9am5pm on Saturdays and 9am4pm on Sundays. Covering a 7day operation and including Bank Holidays.
Salary: 32500
Qualifications :
Applicants must be able to demonstrate experience of supervising the delivery of outstanding service within a busy public space or fastpaced venue environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential and knowledge of using ticketing systems is highly desirable.
