Job Description

As a Kitchen Porter your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and washing all kitchen and service items efficiently
  • Assisting in food preparation as required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant areas
  • Operating heavy equipment according to manufacturers instructions
  • Projecting a helpful attitude and exceeding customer expectations
  • Cooperating with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Following health and safety food safety and COSHH standards
  • Adhering to cleaning schedules and attending required training
  • Acting as a positive ambassador for the business
  • Ensuring compliance with the companys safeguarding policies

Qualifications :

  • Ideally have experience working within Education catering
  • Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Flexible with a cando attitude customer focused.
  • Fun and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent organization skills.
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail.
  • Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team.
  • Possess great customer service skills.
  • Have a flexible approach to work.
