Job Description
Your main responsibilities
- Develop and improve returns processes to enhance customer satisfaction in cooperation with other teams: Technology CX UX Legal
- Leading the implementation of strategic projects as the responsible leader/business owner for selected building blocks or areas
- Meeting with internal and external partners to understand the needs and provide unique value proposition for the service
- Implement standardized returns processes to new Allegro platforms in new countries
- Monitor KPIs related to returns and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee budget and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiating business contracts and and leading new partnerships
- Focus on the carriers stream to enhance delivery speed and performance by cooperating with carriers.
- Cooperating with other project teams
This job is for you if
- You have at least 4 years of experience in building successful customerfacing products/solutions or managing related projects. Experience in the logistics and delivery area may be an additional benefit
- You have experience in building and managing project scope and roadmap
- You have proven track of record in contract negotiation and working with external companies
- You are familiar with working in a matrix organization with stakeholders from different functions
- You are able to build comprehensive recommendations for Clevel management
- You are not afraid of volume or financial analysis and know analytical tools (Tableau Data Studio)
- You demonstrate strong problemsolving skills with a logical and methodical approach in analyzing complex issues and data effectively
- You are well organized and you can set the right priorities to achieve high quality outputs
- You are datadriven resultsoriented and ready to work independently in a fast paced and challenging projectbased culture
- You are able to motivate others and explain sophisticated ideas clearly gain the respect of clients and colleagues and work collaboratively
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills are able to respect different personalities ways of thinking and cultures
- You work effectively in English (desired C1)
