Job Description
We are looking for a talented Junior Accountant to join our GL Team in Pozna.
What does this role involve
- You will be responsible for GL posting including all journal entries.
- You will handle fixed asset processing and depreciation/amortization.
- You will manage accruals provisioning and allocation recognition.
- You will conduct subledger and accounts reconciliation.
- You will confirm IC balances.
- You will participate in the monthend closing at the company level.
- You will prepare financial statements and management reports.
- You will provide support for finance audits.
- You will ensure tax compliance.
- You will prepare reports for the National Bank and statistical organizations.

This job is for you if:
- You have at least one year of experience in accounting
- You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility and possess strong analytical thinking skills
- You have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- You collaborate effectively within a team
- You have excellent time management abilities
- You have a continuous improvement approach and a datadriven mindset
- You have English proficiency at least at the B1 level.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Excel
