Senior Advertising Business Partner

We are looking for people who:

• Have a university degree (at least bachelor) 
• At least 1 year of experience from media agency or similar position
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Demonstrate assertive behavior
• Are not afraid to take responsibility show thoroughness and work independently
• Exhibit critical thinking abilities
• Proactive KPI driven resultsoriented well organized and keeping time commitments
• Able to adjust to a fastchanging ecommerce environment
• Speak Czech/Slovak flawlessly and have full business proficiency in English

What will your work involve

• Strategic planning of marketing activities for our 1P suppliers/brands to secure brand/category growth and increase market share
• Main goals: prepare effective advertising proposals by using different media channels to ensure purchases in accordance with the business strategy of Allegro and the brands strategy
• Negotiation of on top budgets for marketing support
• Daily communication with the clients commercial department (sales marketing project managers teams) financial department etc. 
• Developing of 3P Advertising and building of merchant base which can support TOP brands local distribution and represent brands on Allegro.cz/Allegro.sk/Allegro.hu
• Increasing Advertising revenue from small & medium merchants by education and direct communication with them
• Starting cooperation with global media agencies backdoor to the local brand clients education about marketplace as digital media touchpoint
