Job Summary:
As a Senior Frontend Developer you will lead the creation and improvement of our web interfaces ensuring they are visually appealing highly usable and performant. You will collaborate closely with UX designers product managers and backend developers to craft optimal user experiences. Your role will not only involve technical leadership but also advocating for best practices in frontend development and staying at the forefront of modern web technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- 5 years of commercial experience with React
- 2 years of commercial experience with Next.js
- Proven experience in transforming Figma/alternative designs into a pixelperfect highperformance implementation
- Knowledge of different application performance optimization tools and techniques
- TypeScript experience
- Comprehensive understanding of ObjectOriented Programming design patterns and serviceoriented architecture
- Deep understanding of web technologies
- English proficiency written and spoken

Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Implementation: Translate design wireframes into the code that will produce visual elements of the application. Youll work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and works.
- Frontend Technical Leadership: Spearheaded the development of new userfacing features and ensured the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Promote frontend architecture that is scalable and maintainable demonstrating best practices in clean and efficient code.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Address issues related to browser compatibility responsiveness and performance ensuring all frontend features are efficient and effective across devices.
- Code Quality and Standards: Maintain and improve code quality organization and automatization. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality and consistency are met.
- Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced frontend developers helping them overcome technical challenges and grow their skills in frontend technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks like React Angular or Vue.js.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers and product managers to understand and meet product requirements and deliver comprehensive frontend solutions. Work closely with QA engineers to ensure the frontend integrates seamlessly with backend services and meets quality standards.
- Accessibility and Security: Ensure that all frontend components meet accessibility standards and are compliant with web security protocols. Implement securityconscious practices in the frontend codebase to safeguard user data.
- Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and trends. Lead and participate in workshops and hackathons to foster innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Incident Management: Lead the frontend team in the swift resolution of production issues impacting users ensuring minimal downtime and enhancing user satisfaction.
