As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will:
Develop Advanced AI Agents: Design build and optimize AI agents powered by cuttingedge LLMs for diverse realworld applications.
Performance Benchmarking: Create and implement robust systems to evaluate benchmark and enhance the adaptability and efficiency of AI agents.
Task Automation: Use machine learning techniques to automate complex multistep tasks performed by AI agents.
Intelligent Interaction Systems: Develop systems enabling AI agents to intelligently interact with external environments including APIs and autonomous decisionmaking frameworks.
Continuous Refinement: Regularly refine retrain and optimize AI agents to ensure peak performance and alignment with evolving project requirements.
Experience: 4 years in machine learning engineering with demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying AI models.
LLM Expertise: Extensive handson experience with large language models and associated tools (e.g. PyTorch vLLM Hugging Face) for AI agent development.
Proficiency in Python and working with cloudbased systems.
Strong knowledge of Linuxbased servers (e.g. Ubuntu) for scalable model deployment and experimentation.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Independent selfmotivated and skilled in addressing complex challenges.
Collaboration and Communication: Proven ability to thrive in a remote crossfunctional environment with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
