Who You Are

As a Project Coordinator you will support the Program Manager in successful executions of projects and/or programs and excel in supporting and interacting with the stakeholders throughout the program. You will own the logistical organization support in content delivery and go above and beyond to ensure the program team is able to deliver the best possible outcomes.


Program Coordination and Support


  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders including mentors partners and participants.
  • Regularly communicate with stakeholders to keep them engaged and informed about program activities and updates.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from mentors partners and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the program.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for program improvement and implementing innovative solutions
  • Maintain a detailed schedule of program activities ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate logistics for program events including venue bookings catering and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of program materials and resources.
  • Support the Program Manager in outreach activities to promote the program and attract potential participants and partners.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges or issues that may arise during program implementation taking proactive steps to resolve them
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities including attendance feedback and outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress achievements and challenges for review by the Program Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Moderating training sessions and supporting the lead trainer when needed

  • Being able to fully manage the logistical and administrative side of the program (with the guidance and support of the Program Manager)

Your Key Qualifications


  • 2 years of experience ideally working in a similar role

  • Project management experience (either as a project manager or project coordinator) are an advantage.

  • Fluency in Arabic is a requirement along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Interpersonal and networking skills a natural people person with drive and enthusiasm

  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish.

  • Focused on impact and on finding ways to things better and faster

  • Experience in launching initiatives or planning events are an advantage

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel Word PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Drive Sheets Docs Forms)

  • Demonstrate integrity dependability ownership accountability selfawareness work ethic and empathy

  • Be a brand ambassador for AstroLabs and represent the business with a professional and positive attitude at all times
