Job Description
SIXT UK is growing rapidly and has great ambitions to accelerate further. To achieve this we need to enhance our management capacities. The newly formed Commercial department will play an essential part in supporting and driving forward the SIXT strategy.
Within this newly formed team we have a unique and rare opportunity for a motivated and highperforming Project Manager to join SIXT UK. The primary function of this role is to proactively and effectively manage our UK property portfolio of sites and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of some exciting commercial initiatives and developments planned within SIXT UK. Reporting directly to the UK Commercial Director the ideal candidate will be proactive and passionate about making a difference with a proven trackrecord of adding commercial insight and value.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- Responsibility for managing the SIXT UK property portfolio liaising with landlords and property agents on new leases renewals and extensions and interfacing with relevant property lawyers.
- Management of non employee costs including though not limited to utilities business rates cleaning and gardening. Management of nonmotor key suppliers
- Involvement in producing business cases to decide on new branch openings and closures. Conduct market research studies to identify potential markets for products and services.
- Management of the role out of electric charging solutions within branch depots from producing initial business case through procurement of chargers to installation. Support the successful delivery of projects within Commercial department
- Involvement in annual business planning process liaising with central finance team. Produce monthly commercial analysis on branch performance trends and forecast
- Management of nonmotor key suppliers

Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Professional qualifications required with minimum 2 years PQE required (MRICS desirable)
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and are an agile learner.
