Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Fleet Support Administrator to join our team in Kansas City United States. In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet managing inventory coordinating repairs and providing essential support to the Fleet Manager.

- Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability to maintain optimal fleet operations
- Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs and maintenance
- Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance obtaining repair estimates and generating purchase orders
- Prepare new vehicles for rental including adding documentation decals and tags
- Oversee the preparation of vehicles for disposal completing condition reports and verifying equipment
- Monitor and track shift activities including vehicle movements and cleaning schedules
- Conduct indepth reporting and analysis to improve fleet operations
- Manage fleetrelated documentation and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient fleet management
- Assist in planning for future fleet demand and optimizing resource allocation
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver datadriven insights
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage fleet inventory repair schedules and work orders
- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
- Team player with a collaborative approach to problemsolving
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally (510% of the time)
- Valid drivers license
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field preferred
