You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives in the domain of our counter rental software.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications and create a compelling vision mission and roadmap for your products that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals
- You adapt a handson approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analysing data and visiting our corporate countries to collect valuable user feedback and deliver excellent results
- Collaborating with our operations and customer service department is also among your tasks to understand the interdependencies of our processes and develop products with smooth endtoend workflows that boost our global rental process KPIs
- You deliver outcomefocused products based on a structured and prioritized backlog that make a significant impact on our bottom line
- You bring together business and tech teams and convey information to stakeholders clearly up to a board level
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You bring several years of product management experience are experienced in agile methodologies and crossfunctional teamwork
- You bring a highly organized and structured approach to work with a positive and handson attitude as well as an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives on finding solutions
- A strong focus on datadriven and impactoriented approaches is a matter of course for you and you are comfortable with metrics and KPIs and know how to translate strategy into actions
- Experience in working with remote and distributed teams as well as experience in SaaS companies while not essential is a plus
- You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English German is a plus
