Job Description

In this role you will manage key projects monitor critical processes and ensure accurate reporting. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will lead and support our Collection & Controlling team in the area of Business to Partner (B2P) as well as process and manage relevant projects in this area
- You will work with your team to ensure continuous monitoring of O2C (OrdertoCash) processes and KPIs and provide uptodate reporting to all stakeholders including senior management
- You will be responsible for resolving past due accounts directly with our international intermediary business partners and supporting your team in the preanalysis process
- You will also ensure the timely evaluation of all partner incentives and manage associated billing processes
- You will be the first point of contact for any special billing processes and will provide the necessary data and reports
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have several years of experience in Controlling Collections Analytics or Consulting in one of these fields as well as solid practical experience in project management
- You have several years of handson leadership experience either in line management or project management
- Your Microsoft Excel skills are second to none and combined with your communication skills no one can beat you when it comes to reports and presentations
- You are a solutionoriented and analytical thinker constantly questioning processes and structures in a diligent and critical manner
- You stay structured in an agile environment and align tasks within the team
- You have a strong command of English and additional German skills would be a plus
