YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You define a conceptual framework for efficient and effective process and project management for HR
- You analyze and evaluate our existing HR process landscape identify process weaknesses as well as potential for improvement and initiate measures for consistent simplification reduction of administrative work and automation
- You identify improvement opportunities within HR and manage solution implementation in an efficient and timely manner
- You analyze and implement global standards across the business units by introducing policies quality gates/checks trainings etc.
- You research new trends within the HR market and implement them into the SIXT organization
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have a consulting or coaching background with extensive experience in managing your stakeholders effectively
- You come with Human Resource and/or Recruiting domain knowledge as well as profound experience in Human Resource process implementation and/or project management in a metrics organized company
- You are an expert in MS Office package (MS Excel PowerPoint Word etc.)
- You bring analytical skills with a strategic mindset and handson mentality to implement processes in a complex organizational setting
- You are fluent in English German is a plus
