Become part of our Tech Team as Application Manager (m/f/d) for our SIXT Document Management System.
As part of our team you contribute significantly to the communication and representation of Sixt to each of our customers and you play a critical role in continuously ensuring and improving our customer satisfaction. With more than 150 million documents getting archived per year like rental agreements invoices or protocols our system plays a silent but critical role. Our Document Management team ensures the seamless longtermstorage of these important documents for each and every touchpoint in the customer journey.
You will play a central role in keeping the heart of SIXT beating and making it stronger every day. With a strong technical and analytical understanding you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our output management system to ensure its smooth operation and seamless functionality.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Together with the team you will be responsible for our Document Management System metasonic
You will work closely with different departments translating their requirements into actual implementations in the system. This plays a crucial role in driving our business forward.
You will work on further automating our permissions and data exports for business departments
You will configure our application within the metasonic tool primarily using its Admin GUI or directly on the server
You will also work with other TechTeams to configure monitor and optimize our cloudbased platform guaranteeing its seamless functionality and elevating our operational excellence
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Knowledge within DMS / ECM tools like Allgeier ScanView / metasonic Papyrus WebArchive DocuWare doxis is a plus but your passion for learning and adapting is what truly matters. At SIXT we value a growth mindset and are committed to guiding you through mastering our tools and processes
Bring your solid handson IT experience to the table along with your proficiency in different software solutions Server / Client setups (preferred Windows Server) and collaborative tools like Confluence/JIRA
In the best case youve already worked with SOAP webservices Apache and SQL
With your forwardthinking structured approach and high quality standards you embody the innovative spirit of SIXT
Your proactive engagement in the strategic and operational evolution of our platform demonstrates your commitment to staying ahead of the curve
Youll collaborate with international teams contributing your insights and expertise to a variety of projects. English communication skills are needed German is a plus.
