Job Description
The Area Sales Manager in collaboration with the Country Manager CE will implement a systematic sales management approach focusing on Waste Recycling and sorting solutions (investment levels typically EURper order). Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing sales activities occasionally supporting sales activities outside Central Europe.
- Ensuring effective internal organization of processes and structures.
- Managing the area sales budget.
- Developing and coaching the global sales team.
- Executing company strategy and supporting the Business Development Manager in evaluating new business fields.
- Participating in local and international exhibitions and conferences.
- Being an active part of the global Recycling Team.
Qualifications :
- Ideally a masters or bachelors degree in mechanical engineering process technology or a comparable field with significant industrial experience.
- An interest in the waste recycling or waste processing industry.
- Interested in selling large capital equipment or technical equipment with long project sales cycles.
- Excellent listening and communication skills analytical approach.
- Passion for the companys technology and employees.
