The Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst this role is positioned within Group IT Business Analyst team working together with colleagues you will collaborate with the business and wider teams to create robust enduring solutions.
These responsibilities are varied and range from analysing existing processes and systems; designing testing and implementing solutions; and providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption of them. You will utilise KPIs and support requests to identify improvements and efficient gains required as well.
This role would suit someone with an analytical mind with great relationship building and problemsolving skills. You will have the ability to multitask managing several tasks at once accompanied by a focus on delivery.
Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of Business process analysis frameworks methods and toolsets.
- Knowledge of Relationship management identification analysis and monitoring.
- Experience in developing leading and implementing Projects End to End.
- Experience of Problem management prioritisation resolution of issues and acceptance of solutions.
- Commercial understanding and experience championing value realisation.
The Successful Candidate:
- Has strong communication and relationship building skills
- Looks to have proactive approach to delivery and problem solving
- Has the ability to multitask managing several tasks at once
