Job Description
Within Business Technology we aim to be an enabler for other Rituals departments by managing strategic projects related to our ITlandscape and underlying systems. In this specific role you also play a crucial role in continuously improving our current P2Psystems and processes together with the business. At last you make sure that our monitoring and support flow is flawless (together with our support partner) so that our business does not experience any major issues in their processes.
Your accountabilities
The Project and Product Manager (indirect) P2P at Rituals will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT landscape for the procurement and invoicing lifecycle in our P2Psystems where Coupa will be your most important system. Therefore having experience with Coupa as a P2Psystem is a must.
Furthermore the role requires exceptional project management and product manager capabilities to ensure the successful execution of P2Prelated initiatives. Your responsibilities can be divided into two key areas:
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Initiate new strategic projects for our P2Pprocess and/or systems together with the business;
- Execute project plans for and together with the P2P business partners including identifying objectives milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
- Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams working together with solution architects and business analysts within the Business Technology team to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively.
Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for P2Prelated products defining product vision and developing a product roadmap together with the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business analysts and key users from the business to gather and prioritize product requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Work closely with our development partner architects business analysts and keyusers from the business to ensure product features align with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.
- Make sure that our monitoring and support flow on the P2Pprocess is flawless so that the business does not experience any major issues in their processes.
You will be part of Business Technology department of Rituals in the Finance Legal Compliancy & Sustainability team. You will be part of a young ambitious team where we continuously strive for improving our processes and systems and therefore contribute to Rituals as an organization. Qualifications :
High on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humour. You are naturally curious analytical and adapt at applying rapidly changing technology to address business needs. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are committed to driving excellence. Moreover you have:
- A Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience (5 years) in project/product management within finance/procurement or a related field within the beauty wellness or retail industry with a strong technological orientation
- Experience with Coupa (P2Psystem) is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technological solutions
- Agile mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
