Job Description

As a Senior Wholesale Coordinator at Rituals Nordics you will play a central role in supporting and driving the success of our wholesale partners across the Nordic region (Sweden Norway Denmark and Finland).
This is a dynamic multifaceted position where you will be the key point of contact for internal teams external partners and the Central Head Office in the Netherlands. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations seamless communication and the successful execution of marketing initiatives with our department store partners including hlns Boozt.com Magasin du Nord (DK) Salling (DK) Stockmann (FI) and NK (SE).
This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your organizational analytical and relationshipbuilding skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Wholesale Coordinator you will be responsible for four key areas of impact:
- Operational Support & Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders manage product information pricing and documentation and ensure clear and timely communication.
- Trade Marketing & Promotions: Plan execute and track marketing campaigns seasonal promotions and instore activations with retail partners.
- Analytical & Business Support: Analyze campaign effectiveness provide business insights and support strategic evaluations.
- Administrative & Team Support: Assist with partner onboarding training process improvements and support internal teams with operational tasks.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone with a strong blend of technical skills business acumen and personal attributes to drive impact in this role. Heres what youll need to succeed:
- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree and several years of experience in FMCG/Retail (experience in cosmetics is a plus).
- Skills: Analytical thinking technical proficiency (MS Office) and strong communication skills in English and one Nordic language.
- Personal Attributes: Organized detailoriented proactive collaborative and customerfocused.

This role is based at our Nordic Head Office in Stockholm and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as part of our growing Nordic Wholesale team of 10 people. In this role you will report to the Key Account Manager.
