We are looking for an experienced Senior Loss & Prevention Manager to review our existing and develop and implement new risk management policies within our omnichannel retail operation. In this role you will identify risks and suggest ways to mitigate or eliminate them.
As Senior Loss & Prevention Manager you will play a key role in building Loss & Prevention Risk and Fraud frameworks impacting our Retail environment and ensuring a safe and secure employee and customer journey. This is a new role where collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization is crucial. You will set the Risk & Fraud Retail strategy that is implemented in and compliant for all retail company owned countries. In this role you will manage and strengthen the Retail Risk & Fraud team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Loss & Prevention Risk and Fraud framework matching retail industry standards
- Review our current compliance policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement
- Perform risk assessments and establish our tolerance for risk
- Conduct Risk & Fraud audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed across the omnichannel retail organization
- Collaborate and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that Risk & Fraud procedures are understood and integrated into daily operations.
- Develop training sessions to educate and inform employees on the Risk & fraud policies regulations and processes
- Prepare risk & fraud management reports for toplevel management and advise on risk mitigation measurements and implementation of adequate compliance programs
- Source manage and update our risk management software programs.
- Coach and mentor junior and senior team members managing their growth and development.
Qualifications :
- At least 10 years of experience in Loss & Prevent or Risk Management in a managerial role
- Indepth understanding of regulations relevant to Retail industry
- A relevant retail background
- Excellent pro active and problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Capability to thrive in a complex entrepreneurial organization
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others effectively and build bridges
- Fluently English
