- design build and test robotic systems and components including endofarm tools
- collaborate with scientists and engineers to prototype and evaluate new robotic solutions
- coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of components
- collect system requirements and write detailed hardware specifications
- analyze and improve mechanical systems solving complex engineering challenges
- communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment
Qualifications :
YOU...
- have a Bachelors degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
- have relevant experience in the design of complex mechanical products and equipment
- are proficient with Agile Product Lifecycle Management PLM software
- have solid works experience with best practices for part design advanced assemblies complex configuration management
- have experience related to systems architecture design and system integration of mechatronic devices
- are familiar with using prototyping equipment (CNC 3D printing waterjet laser cutter)
- have strong problemsolving abilities with the capability to develop creative and effective hardware solutions
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- are fluent in English; German is a plus
