Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support for Quality Processes:
- Address and resolve technical issues related to quality during production or inspection processes.
- Support crossfunctional teams in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions.
- QMS Implementation & Maintenance:
- Assist in developing implementing and maintaining QMS procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 IATF 16949 and other relevant certifications.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in technical quality processes and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering production and quality teams to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
- Audits & Compliance:
- Participate in internal and external QMS audits ensuring technical aspects meet regulatory and customer requirements.
- Document audit findings and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of technical issues.
- Prepare and present reports on technical quality performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Education:
Masters degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
Experience:
- 3 years in quality assurance technical support or a related role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Skills:
- Strong technical problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g. FMEA 8D SPC).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- CAD CATIA & ou NX
- PLM
- Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with QMS standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Certifications in ISO Auditing Six Sigma or related quality disciplines.
- Proficiency in quality analysis tools (e.g. FMEA 8D SPC).
