Job Description
Accountable of TPC Consolidation for the project team and verifies the TPC before the profitability study and Eco advice
Main roles:
Work with Project team during development phase for the Total production cost consolidation and updating cost BOM
Analysis BOM evolutions and Product grid
Gather prices from different sources like buyersinternal cost etc
Condut cost review with different stackholders to robustify the cost BOM
Knowledge of Lighting perimeter and part price evaluation of plastic injected parts (light guide engine light cover etc.) and electronic parts (PCB engine light etc.)
Do all necessary to ensure the Quality and the robustness of the TPC Consolidation
Carries out transversal studies (technicoeconomic comparison between 2 vehicles for example)
Qualifications :
- Engineering background (BAC5) with Minimum 3 years Experience

Competencies:
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of Lighting perimeter and part price evaluation of plastic injected parts (light guide engine light cover etc) and electronic parts (PCB engine light ect);
- Knowledge of tooling evaluation: basically Injected mold
SOFT SKILLS
- Good level of English language knowledge;
- Good level of Excel and Power point knowledge;
- Problem solving oriented
- Proactive approach and great team player
- Open mind and interested to the innovative content
