Job Description
What will you be doing
As an Electronics Engineer you will join our Fareham team to support our activities within the Maritime sector. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to work on innovative marine electronics systems that set industry standards for reliability and performance to contribute to the design and development of nextgeneration products such as advanced radar systems GPS navigation equipment and multifunctional display units.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Design and implement microcontroller/microprocessor systems (e.g. STM32 architecture) for highperformance applications.
- Create and optimize schematic designs using tools like Altium.
- Develop and troubleshoot interfacing protocols such as SPI I2C Ethernet HDMI ensuring seamless device communication.
- Engineer analogue interfacing solutions focusing on robust signal integrity and precision.
- Design and evaluate power delivery systems ensuring reliability across all operating conditions.
- Conduct indepth debugging and testing applying rigorous quality assurance methods.
- Leverage FPGA design experience (advantageous but not essential) to support advanced system requirements

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- 5 years of experience in electronics engineering or a related field.
- Strong expertise in microcontroller system design (preferably with STM32).
- Proficiency in schematic design tools like Altium Designer.
- Knowledge of digital and analogue interfacing and protocols such as SPI I2C Ethernet and HDMI.
- Experience with power delivery systems and their integration into complex electronics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and handson experience with debugging and testing tools.
- Knowledge of FPGA programming (a bonus but not essential).
