Job Description
- When the checklist must be attached under LA to manage the CAD readiness before the Sync3 and Sync5 reviews ;
- After the Sync3 release to do the revision of defined products and realized products with creating the Serial ECO.
Work with BOM Pilot:
The Project BOM support is directly managed by the BOM Pilot. There is no interaction with the subsystem technical leader (SSTL or Design Responsible Engineer (DRE).
Nevertheless the BOM support has too the accountability to ensure full compliance of the Enovia structure.
- Project BOM support activities :
- For the Checklist: On each LA leader he has to create the check list provided by the project quality manager regarding the information given by the DRE or SSTL. He is in relation with the PPEM to confirm the readiness organisation.
- For the Sync5 ECO creation : Based on export he must done each day he must identify the Sync3 ECO (Proto) validated and engage the creation of Sync5 ECO to do the revision of each PDEF /PREAL. It could be possible that the number of parts could be change between Sync3 and Sync5. Also the support will have to verify the ECO composition with the SSTL
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent program ;
- Experience : 1 and 3 years ;
- Good communication FR/Eng ;
- Enovia: to be PLM trained proved with a certificate provided by the company.
- SAP BI4 : to do an export of the project Bom and separate the BCI perimeter of the others ;
- Office tools and particularly in Excel (incl. Excel function tools)DocInfo to create and modify a file ;
- PLM Enovia ;
- CATIA V6 ;
- SAP BI 4 ;
- DocInfo ;
- Teamcenter (Viewer Level)...
