Were seeking a driven and resultsoriented Inside Sales Representative South Eastern Europe to join our team in Horn Poernice (Prague) offering a flexible hybrid working model.
As a key member of our Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials team (label.averydennison.com) youll report directly to our Country Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our success in South Eastern Europe.
Your Mission:
- Strategize & Innovate: Use your sales and marketing expertise to discover and nurture promising business opportunities in South Eastern Europe turning them into longterm partners.
- Connect & Cultivate: Build authentic relationships with a diverse customer base through various outreach methods (mailings networking events trade shows) and occasional travel (less than 5%) alongside our sales team.
- Collaborate & Empower: Be a valued teammate supporting your colleagues and manager by showcasing our companys strengths and fostering strong customer connections.
- Learn & Grow: Gain firsthand knowledge of our manufacturing processes and collaborate with our supply chain experts to ensure topnotch service for your customers.
Qualifications :
What We Value Your Expertise:
- Growth & Adaptability: A university degree or equivalent experience showcases your eagerness to learn and evolve.
- CustomerFocused Approach: Your 3 years in sales customer service or similar roles (ideally in manufacturing/printing/packaging) highlight your ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
- Clear Communication: Fluency in Czech and English ensures seamless connection with diverse individuals and teams.
- Innovative Spirit: Your creativity resourcefulness and entrepreneurial mindset will drive sustainable business growth and fuel your career journey at Avery Dennison.
