The Role:
As our new Internal Sales Executive you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy making a direct impact on our success. This role is a new position in our company so you will have to work closely with the regional sales manager who will gradually transition accounts to you. Your role will be all about building and nurturing relationships while driving sales.

Heres what youll do:

  • Cultivate strong lasting relationships with clients by identifying and addressing their specific needs.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate commercial proposals including pricing delivery times and payment terms.
  • Actively participating in prospecting and developing new markets and clients.
  • Partner with our customer service team to ensure a seamless experience from order processing to confirmation.
  • Tackle customer challenges headon to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Share your expertise by providing technical product information and addressing client questions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production shipping logistics credit) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain regular productive followups on projects and relationships with both existing and potential clients.

Qualifications :

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Bilingual in French and English due to interaction with clients in Englishspeaking provinces of Canada.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency with technological tools including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
