Job Description

  • Deliver onetoone and group interventions to support skillbuilding and rehabilitation.
  • Assess criminogenic needs and make referrals to relevant services.
  • Empower service users to manage emotions develop coping skills and reduce social isolation.
  • Encourage positive social integration and engagement with professional services.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to organisational standards safeguarding practices and diversity principles.

Qualifications :

  • Basic education including GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Experience working with disadvantaged individuals or within the Criminal Justice System.
  • Strong motivational organisational and communication skills.
  • Resilience adaptability and a solutionfocused approach.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly across multiple sites.

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in criminology social care or related fields.
  • Experience with NOMIS OASys or other CJS systems.

Contract: Permanent

Hours & work pattern: Full time 38 hours per week.

Salary: 29000 per annum.

Location: The South West Central Region Thames Valley Hampshire and Isle Of Wight

Screening: Successful admission to post subject to enhanced DBS check HMPPS vetting clearence and employer Right To Work in the UK check. The postholder must have right to work in the UK.
