Our Care Assistants are extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting vulnerable people to live safer and supported lives in their own homes youll follow individual care plans and help with practical tasks like shopping mealtimes and housework. Youll also assist with personal care and help clients to bathe dress manage incontinence use the toilet and support with their medication. Youll be supported by a closeknit care team and accessible managers. While our mobile care app will reduce paperwork and help you to deliver highquality care. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though is that youll be making your clients days brighter.

You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
