Job Description
What youll do
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy ventilation seizure management stoma care and so much more! We care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes with Spinal Cord injury Muscular dystrophy acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different. And youll never know what challenges youre about to face next. One thing you can be sure of is that youll be making your clients days brighter whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
The client is a young gentleman who has unfortunately had a recent spinal injury you will be offering mental and emotional support encouragement and enablement. Assisting him with trips around the community and appointments whilst also maintaining his personal care bowel and bladder management.
He is very familyorientated as he has a loving and supportive family including a pet dog a big fan of music and gaming in particular so sharing similar interests would be a big plus!

What youll need
You dont need any social care experience to apply for this role. Were more interested in your compassion and ability to care. Youll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a closeknit team.
