You will act as an escalation point for DSAR and privacyrelated queries in adherence with regulatory guidelines and expectations.
Main:
- Undertake DSAR information extraction and any necessary redactions
- Ensure the Entain Groups approach to data subjects rights (e.g. subject access requests; data erasure or rectification requests) and queries from data subjects are applied correctly
- Work within the SLAs set out by the business adhering to legal and compliance procedures
- Maintain effective recordkeeping for all customer contacts to comply with regulatory requirements
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure that GDPR operational procedures policies and regulations are correctly implemented and followed across the business
- Keep abreast of all products and tools to ensure all customer queries can be answered effectively and in line with the business strategy
- Prioritize and implement appropriate solutions in line with department guidelines
- Assist in developing crossfunctional working relationships with the aim to improve the customer experience and promote best practice
- Embrace and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Occasional:
- Production of metrics/reporting to support compliance and business objectives
- Provide training to new starters within the team
- Assist in ensuring the teams processing activities documented procedures and training material are all appropriate effective up to date and adhered to
- Any other relevant tasks that may be identified by the Management Team
Qualifications :
Essential:
- Interest and/or experience with GDPR or other legal matters
- Expert ability using Microsoft Office package
- Business level of English
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure manage and prioritize key tasks with a focus on delivering them within agreed deadlines
- An understanding of the importance and impact of legislative requirements
- Proven experience of detailed exploratory and methodical working practices
- Experience of handling sensitive confidential customer information
Desired:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Demonstrable experience of managing and responding to a DSAR or similar regulatory query

- Must be diligent reliable and selfmotivated
- Must be wellorganized and able to produce accurate and detailed information to a very high standard
- Ability to deliver results within strict internal and/or legal deadlines
